By using the Rontogo website or app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Use of the platform
Rontogo connects hosts planning events with independent vendors offering event services. We facilitate discovery, comparison, and booking — the services themselves are provided by the vendor, not by Rontogo.
3. Vendor listings
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and availability. Rontogo reviews applications but does not guarantee the quality of any vendor's services.
4. Bookings & payments
Booking terms, cancellation policies, and payment details will be presented at the time of booking and may vary by vendor.
5. Limitation of liability
Rontogo is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising directly between a host and a vendor, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
